Time Metering Control Technology: As a professional institute, HRILI has always been paying high attention to the basic theoretical research and application, and has gained important research achievements in time metering control technology, which have approached or reached the world advanced level. Supported by technology, our product r & d has made great strides forward. Time accumulator products, aviation clock products, fuel controller timer for aircraft engine, rubidium atomic clock, standard frequency source, synchronized clocks system for warship, mechanical time controllers for return type spacecraft, machinery delay booster drives for satellite antenna, linear drive watches delay mechanism for remote weapon and others have been successfully applied in many fields covering aviation, aerospace, weapons, shipbuilding, nuclear physics, defense electronics and civil use.
Precision Manufacturing Technology: Relying on the unique precision manufacturing techniques in horologe industry, intensify efforts have been made to train personnel, and the perfect manufacturing facilities, testing equipment, skilled personnel have been formed in HRILI. Our technology is unusual in precision machinery manufacturing and gas dynamic pressure bearing parts ultra-precision machining. We have provided bundled manufacture for military and industrial instrumentation industry. Based on industry needs and our own technological advantage, the precision manufacturing equipment developed independently by us has been applied.
Application Technology of New Materials: The development of horologe industry and technical progress of adjacent industries are inseparable. HRILI closely follows the development trend of horologe in the world, conducting a study in the application of new materials. MEMS manufacturing technology in horologe production has been applied and the overall quality of the products has been significantly improved. We have accumulated a variety of cladding materials research achievements in vacuum ion technology, and the hemispherical gas dynamic pressure bearing coating manufacturing technology has reached the world advanced level.
Horologe Detection Technology: Horologe detection technology and product manufacturing technology are developing synchronously. Based on the completed technology of various testing equipments and instruments, we are researching and developing intelligent horologe testing technology and instruments, some of which have entered the international market.
